There are several ways you can order your repeat prescriptions from the Surgery:
- Through your local Pharmacy - You can ask your pharmacy to order monthly on your behalf
- At the Surgery - we have repeat prescription forms you can complete and post them in our prescription box.
- Email - You can email our secure surgery email address: clinicalinfo.m916122@nhs.net
- You can also use Patient Access or the NHS app. If you would like to be set up to order your medication online, please speak to our Receptionists. They can set you up for online services, and will print off a guide how to register. We will need to see identification before we can give you your registration papers.
We only take telephone requests for repeat prescriptions from housebound patients.
Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your prescription.
Nominating a pharmacy
You will need to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from. We call this nominating a pharmacy.
You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time:
- Online, on the app or website where you order repeat prescriptions
- At your GP practice
- At any pharmacy that accepts repeat prescriptions
Questions about your prescription
